摘  要:在新教改的时代要求下,以系统论中的机制理论为指导,本文拟构建动力(激励)机制、宣传(传播)机制、运动(管理)机制、约束(调节)机制以保障“四位一体”人才培养模式经实践取得一定成绩。该模式的架构基于“一二三四”文思,即一个培养目标、二个专业面向、三个方面结合、四个机制支点,包含了五个(目标、培养、机制、优势、成果)层次,确立了以核心素养、身体素质、训练与应用、教学与组织、科研与创新等能力为人才培养目标。国内其他高校在人才的核心素养和综合能力培养过程中,可依据该培养模式,促使学生的核心素养、综合能力、升学率、创新创业率、获奖方面能够得以有效提升。Under the requirements of the educational reform in the new era, guided by the system theory mechanism theory, the motivation(incentive)mechanism, publicity(dissemination)mechanism, movement(management)mechanism and restraint(adjustment)mechanism are constructed to ensure that the “four in one” talent training mode has achieved certain results through practice. The framework of this model is based on the “1234” concept, which is one training goal, two professional orientations, three aspects combined, and four mechanism fulcrums. It contains five levels(goal, training, mechanism, advantages and achievements). We have established the talent training goal of core literacy, physical quality, training and application, teaching and organization, scientific research and innovation. In the process of cultivating talents’ core literacy and comprehensive ability, other domestic universities can effectively improve students’ core literacy, comprehensive ability, enrollment rate, innovation and entrepreneurship rate, and award-winning according to their training mode.
