摘 要:采用实验法、文献资料法、数理统计法,以某校32名学生为实验对象,以姒刚彦教授编著的《运动员正念训练手册》为原型,提出强化密集型正念训练方法,研究体育专业不同运动技术等级学生HRV各项指标变化,为HRV找到一种心理训练的方法,为研究正念训练与HRV的关系打下理论基础。研究结果显示:实验前后体育专业学生时域参数有显著性差异(p<0.05),频域参数无显著性差异;实验前后二级及以上运动技术等级(以下简称高水平组)运动员HRV时域参数有显著性差异(p<0.05);无运动技术等级体育大学生组HRV时域参数有显著性差异(p<0.05),部分频域参数有显著性差异;不同性别的实验前后HRV时域、频域各指标无显著性差异。Through the experiment method, literature review method and mathematical statistics method, with 32 students in a school as the research object and the book of “athlete mindfulness training manual” as the prototype, this paper puts forward to strengthen the intensive mindfulness training method. This paper studies the changes of HRV indexes of sports students of different sports skill levels, and finds a psychological training method for HRV, and lays a theoretical foundation for studying the relationship between mindfulness training and HRV. The results show that there are significant differences in time domain parameters(P<0.05)and no significant differences in frequency domain parameters before and after the experiment. There were significant differences in HRV time domain parameters before and after the experiment(P<0.05)among athletes of level 2 and above(hereinafter referred to as high level group).There were significant differences in HRV time domain parameters(P<0.05)and in some frequency domain parameters(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HRV index in time domain and frequency domain between different genders before and after experiment.
