当前我国退役运动员群体就业的新规律探析——基于江苏省2016-2020年退役运动员就业数据分析

摘　　要：分析表明,退役运动员再就业呈现新规律:退役运动员群体就业率达94%以上;男女运动员就业率基本持平,未发现性别歧视;获得国家级健将运动员及以上称号就业状况要好于非健将运动员;退役运动员多集中在东部发达地区就业;退役运动员到教学岗位的比例在升高,反映运动员与传统包办安置工作之间的联系正逐渐解耦。The analysis shows that the reemployment of retired athletes presents a new law: the employment rate of retired athletes reaches more than 94%;The employment rate of male and female athletes is basically the same, and no gender discrimination is found;The employment status of national level elite athletes is better than that of non-elite athletes;Retired athletes are mostly employed in the eastern developed areas;The proportion of retired athletes being employed to teaching posts is increasing, which reflects that the connection between athletes and traditional arranged resettlement is gradually decoupling.
