摘  要:输电线路耐张线夹将导地线载荷传递至铁塔,是线路的关键承载部件,一般采用压接工艺加工。工程运行过程中,由于压接缺陷导致压接型耐张线夹失效时有发生,造成严重事故。本文针对NY400/35型耐张线夹,开展了正常压接和存在压接缺陷线夹的握力实验,通过位移与应变实验数据研究耐张线夹的失效过程与传力特性,结果表明:耐张线夹中钢芯和铝管同时承受导线张力,且耐张线夹在承担载荷过程中:有两条路径进行力的传递,一条是钢锚-铝管-导线铝股,另一条路径是钢锚-导线钢芯;穿管长度不足会导致钢芯与钢锚穿管接触面积减小,握着力降低,致使钢芯从钢锚穿管抽出,从而降低耐张线夹的握力;当存在穿管长度不足缺陷时会增大铝管所承受的载荷,约增大44.5%,当穿管长度大于50 mm时,耐张线夹握力值满足规范要求。The tension clamp of transmission line transmits the load of the ground wire to the tower, which is the key bearing part of the line and generally processed by crimping technology. In the process of engineering operation, the failure of the crimp type tensioning clamp often occurs due to the crimp defect, resulting in serious accidents. In this paper, the grip force experiments of NY400/35 type wire clip with normal crimping and crimping defects are carried out. The failure process and force transmission characteristics of wire clip are studied by using displacement and strain experimental data. The results showed that steel core and aluminum tube in the wire clip are subjected to wire tension simultaneously, and the wire clip is subjected to load: There are two paths for force transmission, one is steel anchor-aluminum tube-wire aluminum strand, the other is steel anchor-wire steel core;Insufficient threading length will lead to reduced contact area between steel core and steel anchor threading tube and reduced grip force, resulting in steel core pulling out of steel anchor threading tube, thus reducing grip force of tension-resistant clamp. When there is insufficient pipe length defect, the load of aluminum tube will increase by about 44.5%;When the pipe length is greater than 50 mm, the grip strength of the strain clamp can meet the specification requirements.
