摘 要:随着网荷智能互动技术的发展,电网侧和负荷侧的联系与互动逐渐加深。从网荷互动出发,通过综合电网频率和电压来整定功率缺额和切负荷轮次。针对传统智能算法收敛速度慢、易陷入局部最优解等问题,提出了改进萤火虫算法以提高搜索的速度与全局寻优能力。在此基础上,以实际切负荷量最小为目标,计及电网实时频率和电压等约束条件,提出了优化切负荷策略,有效提高电网负荷紧急控制的精益化水平。以某地区实际电网为例,仿真结果表明所提策略能够有效提高紧急情况下切负荷动作的快速性与精确性,保证电网的安全稳定运行。With the development of grid-load intelligent interaction, the connection between grid side and load side has gradually deepened. Based on grid-load interaction, this paper sets the power shortage and load shedding rounds by integrating grid frequency and voltage. Since the traditional intelligent algorithms have slow convergence speed and fall into local optimal solution easily, an improved firefly algorithm is proposed to improve the search speed and global optimization ability. And on this basis, an optimized load shedding strategy with the goal of minimizing the actual load shedding is proposed. This strategy takes into account constraints such as grid real-time frequency and voltage, which can effectively improve the lean level of emergency control of the grid load. Finally taking the actual grid in a certain area as an example, the simulation results show that this proposed strategy can effectively improve the speed and accuracy of the load shedding action in emergency situations, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the grid.
