摘 要:为实现“双碳”目标,在役煤电机组变工况的经济运行分析尤为重要.以某电厂330 MW亚临界循环流化床机组为例,通过锅炉常规大修前后的两次性能试验,对比分析了50%、75%、100%THA三种试验工况下锅炉热效率、机组发电煤耗和供电煤耗.结果表明:大修后锅炉热效率分别提高了0.74%、0.66%和0.24%;机组发电煤耗分别降低了4.65 g/(kW·h)、7.63 g/(kW·h)和4.89 g/(kW·h);供电煤耗分别降低了6.64 g/(kW·h)、7.67 g/(kW·h)和5.79 g/(kW·h).研究结果可为煤电机组负荷优化调度和热经济性诊断提供借鉴.To achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, the economic operation analysis of in-service coal-fired power units under variable working conditions is particularly important.The boiler thermal efficiency, the coal consumption for power generation and the power supply coal consumption of the unit under 50%,75% and 100%THA were compared and analyzed on a 330 MW subcritical circulating fluidized bed unit through two performance tests before and after the conventional maintenance of the boiler.The results show that the boiler thermal efficiency increased by 0.74%,0.66% and 0.24% respectively after the conventional maintenance;the coal consumption for power generation of the unit decreased by 4.65 g/(kW·h),7.63 g/(kW·h) and 4.89 g/(kW·h) respectively;the power supply coal consumption of the unit decreased by 6.64 g/(kW·h),7.67 g/(kW·h) and 5.79 g/(kW·h) respectively.The research results can provide references for load optimization scheduling and thermal economic diagnosis of coal-fired power units.
