摘  要:分析某高硫铁矿的原生产情况及矿石性质变化情况,采用先浮选后磁选的原则,经系统小型试验研究和工业试验验证,推荐在原药剂制度的基础上,增加高效捕收兼起泡剂AB-2,采用两次粗选两次扫选的浮选脱硫工艺和浮选尾矿一次粗选一次精选的磁选工艺,选出的铁精矿达到TFe品位67.00%以上,含硫品位0.30%以下。该技术的实施能够有效浮选脱硫,大幅提高铁精矿产品质量,提升产品价格,具有良好的经济效益。Analyze the original production situation and the change of ore properties of a high-pyrite iron ore, adopt the principle process of first floating and then magnetic separation, after system small-scale experimental research and industrial test verification, it is recommended to add high-efficiency collector and foaming agent AB-2 on the basis of the original pharmaceutical system. Adopt two rough separation and two sweep flotation desulfurization process, the magnetic separation process of one roughing and one cleaning is used for flotation tailings, and the iron concentrate with TFe grade above 67.00% and sulfur grade below 0.30% is selected. The implementation of this technology can effectively flotation desulphurization, greatly improve the quality of iron concentrate products, improve the price of products, with good economic benefits.
