摘 要:榆钢高炉由于受原燃料质量稳定性差及全线单系统生产组织模式影响,高炉运行长期受外围制约,炉况稳定性差,频繁出现波动,高炉经济技术指标处在同行业落后水平,通过原燃料质量管理、高炉工艺四大制度调整、炉料结构优化、原燃料筛分管理、生产组织调整及建立炉况运行评价机制等措施,高炉炉况趋于稳定,产量和经济技术指标逐步提升,达到高炉稳产顺产目的。Due to the poor stability of raw fuel quality and the production organization mode of single system in the whole line, the operation of blast furnace in Yuzhong Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. has been restricted by the periphery for a long time, the poor stability of furnace condition frequently fluctuates, and the economic and technical indexes of blast furnace are at the backward level in the same industry. Through the measures of raw fuel quality management, adjustment of four systems of blast furnace technology, optimization of burden structure, raw fuel screening management, adjustment of production organization and establishment of evaluation mechanism of furnace condition operation, the furnace condition of blast furnace tends to be stable, and the output and economic and technical indexes are gradually improved. Achieve the goal of stable and smooth production of blast furnace.
