摘  要:1号高炉自2013年大修开炉后,风量长期偏小,高炉强化水平低,导致炉缸活跃性不足,对生产秩序、技术经济指标和经济效益均造成了较大影响。通过调整操作制度,加强炉型管理,降低入炉粉末,风量上涨明显,高炉顺行状况和主要指标改善明显。Since the overhaul and start-up of No. 1 blast furnace in 2013, the air volume has been small for a long time and the strengthening level of blast furnace is low, resulting in insufficient activity of hearth, which has a great impact on production order, technical and economic indicators and economic benefits. By adjusting the operation system, strengthening the furnace type management, reducing the incoming powder, the air volume increased significantly, and the smooth running condition and main indexes of the blast furnace improved significantly.
