两炉两机生产模式下RH炉订单排产方法

摘　　要：随着近年来RH炉品种钢的不断接单,RH炉生产频次不断攀升,但由于其生产条件的严苛性,使得RH炉生产制约因素较多。鉴于某生产企业的生产条件,当高炉检修铁水不足或其中1座转炉检修时,剩余2座转炉冶炼对RH炉专用蒸汽连续保供存在困难,往往无法组织生产超低碳品种钢。经过排产实践,总结了两炉两机生产模式下RH炉订单排产方法,采用该方法实际应用,生产过程较为顺利,成功完成了品种生产及订单兑现。With the continuous orders of RH furnace steel in recent years, the production frequency of RH furnace is increasing, but due to the harsh production conditions, there are many constraints on the production of RH furnace. In view of the production conditions of a production enterprise, when there is insufficient molten iron in the repair of the blast furnace or when one converter is repaired, it is difficult to maintain the continuous supply of special steam for the RH furnace in the smelting of the remaining two converter, so it is often impossible to organize the production of ultra-low carbon steel. Through production scheduling practice, the order scheduling method of RH furnace under the production mode of two furnaces and two machines is summarized. Through the practical application of the method on site, the production process is relatively smooth, and the variety production and order cashing are successfully completed.
