摘　　要：为提升高碳钢产能,稳定线材拉拔性能,炼轧厂在高碳钢开展拉速提升试验。从夹杂物数量控制、铸机二冷配水、凝固末端电磁搅拌优化以及凝固参数测算等方面着手,实现高碳钢产能提升并改进产品质量。In order to improve the capacity of high carbon steel and stable wire drawing performance, the rolling mill carried out casting speed lifting test on high carbon steel. The rolling mill not only improved the product quality but also improved the capacity of high carbon steel through controlling the quantity of inclusions, optimizing secondary cooling water distribution and electromagnetic stirring at the end of solidification, calculating the parameters of solidification.
