摘　　要：针对本厂发生的角部漏钢事故,采用缺陷宏观形貌分析、钢水化学成分分析、保护渣检测和坯壳厚度检测等手段,结合生产工艺,查找出了漏钢事故原因,有针对性制定了预防措施,有效降低了角部漏钢事故发生率。In view of the corner breakout accident in the plant, the causes of the breakout accident are found out by means of defect macro morphology analysis, molten steel chemical composition analysis, protective slag detection and billet shell thickness detection, combined with the production process, targeted preventive measures are formulated, and the incidence of corner breakout accident is effectively reduced.
