摘　　要：热风炉的作用是把鼓风加热到要求的温度,以提高高炉炼铁的冶炼效率,热风炉系统故障率的降低对提高高炉冶炼效率和效益有着重要作用。热风炉故障往往导致高炉风温受到较大影响,如何精准快速解决热风炉系统发生的故障,是设备维修者一直努力研究的课题,本文就热风炉常见故障进行分析并提出应急解决方案,为热风炉维护提供了依据。The function of heating furnace is to heat the blast to the desired temperature, to improve the smelting efficiency of blast furnace.Reducing the failure rate of heating furnace system, it’s plays an important role in improving the efficiency and benefit of blast furnace smelting.The failure of heating furnace often leads to a great impact on the blast furnace air temperature. How to accurately and quickly solve the failure of heating furnace system is a subject that equipment maintainers have been working hard to study. This paper analyzes the common failures of heating furnace and puts forward emergency solutions, providing a basis for the maintenance of heating furnace.
