镧盐共沉淀分离ICP-AES测定铜电解液中的锑铋

摘  要:铜电解液加入硝酸镧溶液,用氨水进行酸度调节,在氨性介质中生成氢氧化铁和镧盐的胶体沉淀,表面吸附富集锑、铋元素,采用盐酸溶解锑、铋共沉淀物,ICP-AES进行测定。结果表明:含锑量77~125 mg/L,含铋量50~150 mg/L的铜冶炼铜电解液试样,本方法的相对标准偏差为0.23%~1.17%,回收率在97.5%~102.1%之间,该法精密度好,测定结果准确、可行。The acidity of the copper electrolyte added with lanthanum nitrate solution was adjusted with ammonia, colloidal precipitation of ferric hydroxide and lanthanum salt was generated in ammonia medium, antimony and bismuth elements were enriched by adsorption on the surface. Determination of antimony bismuth coprecipitate dissolved by hydrochloric acid by ICP-AES. The results showed that the relative standard deviations of this method were 0.23%~1.17%, and the standard adding recovery ratio were 97.5%~102.1% for copper smelting electrolyte with antimony content 77~125 mg/L and bismuth content 50~150 mg/L. The method has good precision, accurate and feasible.
