摘　　要：介绍了闪速炉物料输送袋式除尘的工艺流程,分析运行过程中存在的问题,针对其控制系统,利用电气联锁控制为核心进行改造。改造后,降低了环境粉尘浓度,改善了车间生产环境,保证了物料输送系统的正常运行和现场文明生产。This paper introduces the process flow of bag dust collection of flash furnace material conveying, analyzes the problems existing in the operation process, and uses electrical interlock control as the core to reform its control system. After the transformation, the dust concentration of the environment is reduced, the workshop production environment is improved, and the normal operation of the material conveying system and the civilized production of the site are guaranteed.
