摘 要:本文详细阐述了铅锌密闭鼓风炉在探索原料适应性过程中,原料由高品位铅锌混合矿逐步转变为低品位高杂物料,低品位高杂物料主要配入了ISP工艺生产过程中的中间物料,面对处理低品位高杂物料过程中给生产控制环节带来新的问题,结合ISP工艺熔炼工序生产控制的实际问题,针对影响生产的问题制定了详细的应对措施,既保证生产工艺的安全平稳高效,又准确总结出适合低品位高杂物料的生产控制方法,不仅稳定高效的组织生产,而且还取得了良好的经济效益,铅锌密闭鼓风炉对原料的适应性上又开拓了新的空间。This paper expounds in detail that in the process of exploring the adaptability of raw materials for lead-zinc closed blast furnace, the raw materials are gradually transformed from high-grade lead-zinc mixed ore to low-grade and high miscellaneous materials. The low-grade and high miscellaneous materials are mainly mixed with the intermediate materials in the production process of ISP process. Facing the new problems brought to the production control link in the process of dealing with low-grade and high miscellaneous materials, combined with the practical problems of production control in the smelting process of ISP process, in view of the problems affecting production, the countermeasures are formulated one by one in detail, which not only ensures the safety, stability and efficiency of the production process, but also accurately summarizes the production control methods suitable for low-grade and high miscellaneous materials. It not only stably and efficiently organizes production, but also obtains good economic benefits. The adaptability of lead-zinc closed blast furnace to raw materials also opens up a new space.
