摘  要:湿法炼锌中净化除钴深度会对电解工序产生很大的影响。本文介绍了新型除钴剂福美钠除钴的特点及对电解产生的影响,生产控制条件。生产实践表明,新型除钴剂除钴在技术上可行,通过三段净化后产出的溶液达到电解新液的质量要求,采取相应措施严格把控电解生产过程控制,让新型除钴剂除钴工艺越来越成熟。The cobalt removal depth in zinc metallurgical will have a great impact on the electrolytic process. This paper introduces the characteristics of new type cobalt remover sodium thiram for cobalt removal, its influence on electrolysis and its production control conditions. The production practice shows that the new cobalt-removing agent is technically feasible, the solution produced after three-stage purification meets the quality requirements of the new electrolyte, and corresponding measures are taken to strictly control the production process of electrolysis, so that the new cobalt removal agent cobalt technology more and more mature.
