摘  要:Q355B作为一种低合金高强度结构钢,在某公司产能占比较大,下游客户用途广泛,但在做90°折弯加工时,反馈产品直角折弯处外侧出现断续、长短不一的裂纹缺陷。为此,针对缺陷样板使用金相显微镜、扫描电镜进行仔细观察分析,最终找出了导致钢带加工过程开裂的主要原因:大量的硫化物夹杂形成带状组织,在外力作用下扩张导致开裂。Q355 B, as a low-alloy high-strength structural steel, accounts for a large production capacity in company and is widely used by downstream customers. However, during 90° bending, the appearance of R corner of the feedback product has intermittent crack defects of different lengths. Therefore, we carefully observed and analyzed the defect sample with metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope, and finally found out the main reason for the cracking of steel strip in the processing process: a large number of sulfide inclusions form banded structure and expand under the action of external force.
