摘  要:双脉冲发动机的Ⅱ脉冲端燃丁羟推进剂因多种不利因素叠加,导致点火匹配性设计难度极大,极端情况下端燃药柱甚至熄火。为此,从推进剂点火理论上分析了Ⅱ脉冲端燃药柱点火延迟过长和一致性差的影响因素,并通过结构、材料和点火匹配性设计,提出了一种在Ⅰ脉冲压力作用下和Ⅱ脉冲点火过程中结构均保持完整的环形点火器方案,且根据热流密度理论推导经验公式确定了点火药量。为确定点火器不同工艺措施的实施效果,开展了药柱初始燃面测压对比试验,较优工艺试验数据表明,点火器的极限内压峰值低于2 MPa且结构能够保持完好;点火器的正常内压峰值低于0.7 MPa,且点火能量能够集中、均匀、连续地作用在Ⅱ脉冲推进剂初始燃面上,其压强峰值低于0.4 MPa,持续时间超过150 ms,燃温高于2400 K,可以有效提升Ⅱ脉冲点火匹配性。Due to the superposition of many unfavorable factors, ignition matching design of the Ⅱ pulse igniter for end-burning HTPB propellant grain of dual-pulse motor become extremely difficult, the grain even extinguish in extreme case. Based on the ignition theory of HTPB propellant, some effect factors on longer ignition delaying time and worse ignition repeatability for Ⅱ pulse end-burning grain were analyzed, a circular igniter scheme was put forward by structure, material, ignition matching design so as that the igniter could maintain structure integrity under Ⅰ pulse pressure and Ⅱ pulse ignition. The ignition charge mass was determined according to the heat flux density theory formula. In order to contrast the effect of different process measures of the igniter, the pressure test of initial burning surface grain was carried out. The optimized test results show that the limit internal pressure peak value of the igniter is less than 2 MPa and the igniter could maintain structural integrity. The normal internal pressure peak value of the igniter was less than 0.7 MPa, the ignition energy can act on the initial burning surface of Ⅱ pulse propellant intensively, uniformly and continuously. The pressure peak value is less than 0.4 MPa, the duration is more than 150 ms,the temperature is higher than 2400 K, which can effectively improve the Ⅱ pulse ignition matching.
