摘  要:为了使热防护结构安全稳定运行,对吸热型碳氢燃料RP-3压力降不稳定性和密度波不稳定性进行了实验研究。通过在实验段前加装缓冲罐,构建了吸热型碳氢燃料动力学不稳定性模型,探讨了压力降不稳定性和密度波不稳定性的机理与基本特性。实验结果表明,压力降不稳定性发生在压降特性曲线的负斜率区,密度波不稳定性发生在压降特性曲线小流量下的正斜率区。压力降不稳定性中流量、压力和温度波动幅度大,加热段出口燃料温度波动幅度最高可达90℃,并且波动周期较长,时间一般在15~50 s;密度波不稳定性流量和压力波动幅度比压力降不稳定性小,但加热段出口燃料温度波动幅度最高可达95℃,超过了压力降不稳定性中温度的波动幅度,其波动周期时间一般小于10 s。In order to ensure the safety and stable operation of the thermal protection structure,the pressure drop and density wave instability of endothermic hydrocarbon fuel RP-3 were experimentally studied.A dynamic instability model of endothermic hydrocarbon fuel was established by installing a buffer at the inlet of the test section,and the instability mechanism and characteristics of pressure drop and density wave were discussed.The test results show that the instability of pressure drop appears in the negative slope zone of the pressure drop characteristic curve,and the instability of the density wave appears in the positive slope zone of the pressure drop characteristic curve with small flow.In the instability of pressure drop,the fluctuation range of flow,pressure and temperature is large.The fluctuation range of fuel temperature at the outlet of the heating section can reach up to 90℃,and the fluctuation period is long,and the time is generally 15~50 s.For density wave instability,the flow rate and pressure fluctuation range are smaller than the pressure drop instability,but the fuel temperature fluctuation range at the outlet of the heating section can reach up to 95℃,which exceeds the temperature fluctuation range in the pressure drop instability and the fluctuation cycle time is generally less than 10 s.
