摘  要:采用阳离子引发剂N-苄基吡嗪六氟锑酸盐(BPH)开环聚合方法,有序固化3,3’,5,5’-四甲基联苯二酚二缩水甘油醚(TMBP)。研究BPH添加量对固化过程的影响,并对固化物的导热性和热稳定性进行分析。结果表明,相对于4,4’-二氨基二苯砜(DDS)逐步固化体系,BPH聚合体系的固化放热峰值温度从238.7℃减小至212.4℃,且放热峰明显变窄,凝胶时间缩短。E-51/DDS和TMBP/DDS树脂的热导率分别为0.229、0.283 W/(m·K),而采用阳离子引发剂BPH开环聚合,能够使TMBP分子链形成有序排列,固化物的导热性大幅提高,导热率最高可达0.384 W/(m·K),比前两个体系分别提高了67.69%和35.69%。另外,600℃时TMBP-BPH与TMBP-DDS的残余质量分别达到了37.53%和38.23%,均远高于EP-DDS体系的20.84%,表现出优良的热稳定性。3,3’,5,5’-tetramethylbiphenol diglycidyl ether(TMBP)was cured by using ring-opening polymerization of the cationic initiator N-benzylpyrazine hexafluoroantimonate(BPH).The effect of BPH content on the curing reaction was studied,and thermal stability,thermal conductivity as well as modification mechanism of cured resins were further analyzed.The results show that compared with the stepwise curing of 4,4’-diaminodiphenyl sulfone(DDS),the curing exothermic peak of TMBP/BPH-2%is obviously narrowed,the peak temperature is decreases from 238.7℃to 212.4℃,and the gel time is reduced,too.The maximum thermal conductivity of TMBP/BPH is 0.384 W/(m·K),which is increased by 67.69%and 35.69%than that of E-51/DDS(0.229 W/(m·K))and TMBP/DDS(0.283 W/(m·K)),respectively,owing to orderly arrangement of molecular chains achieved by ring-opening polymerization.Besides,the carbon residue rate of TMBP/BPH and TMBP-DDS reach 37.53%and 38.23%at 600℃,which are much higher than that of EP-DDS(20.84%),presenting pretty thermal stability.
