摘 要:超前水平钻探在隧道施工超前地质预报中具有直观准确的优点,依据能量守恒原理,钻进速率、转速、扭矩、推进力等随钻参数与岩石特征存在较大相关性。分别采集泥岩、砂岩、花岗岩、石英片岩4种岩石随钻参数进行分析比较,通过钻进功速比进行分析后表明,随钻参数和钻进功速比与岩石特征响应性较好,随着钻进深度增大,岩石强度与扭矩成正比,最终利用不同岩性的功速比范围,划分了功速比与岩石强度的相关性指标范围,并结合钻进记录用于围岩级别修正,取得较好的效果。According to the principle of energy conservation,there is a great correlation between the drilling rate,rotational speed,torque,propulsion and other parameters while drilling and rock characteristics.Four rock-while-drilling parameters of mudstone,sandstone,granite and quartz schist were collected respectively.The analysis using the drilling power-speed ratio shows that the parameters while drilling and drilling power-speed ratio have a great correlation with the rock strength,and the strength is proportional to the torque.Using the powerspeed ratio range of different lithologies,the power-speed ratio is divided.The correlation index range with rock strength,combined with drilling records,is used for correction of surrounding rock level,and good results are obtained.
