摘  要:广州某展览馆采用钢筋混凝土核心筒+钢桁架转换结构,以角部4个落地核心筒作为主要竖向抗侧力构件,并在混凝土核心筒顶部设置转换钢桁架层,钢桁架下部连钢柱悬吊下部三层结构,呈现出地上“悬空”的空间建筑效果。从结构的工程概况、结构体系、抗震结构性能化分析、关键节点、钢结构施工方案等方面阐述了工程的设计思路和分析过程。针对工程的超限情况,采取了合理加强措施,并对结构进行性能分析,对关键节点进行设计和分析,分析结果表明结构能满足既定的抗震性能目标,结构安全合理,关键节点传力可靠。最后综合考虑现场施工工期的影响,上部钢结构采用“一体化”施工方案,可作为类似工程提供参考。An exhibition hall in Guangzhou adopts reinforced concrete core tube+steel truss transfer structure,the four core tubes at the corner are used as the main vertical lateral force resisting components,and the transfer steel truss layer is set at the top of the concrete core tube.The lower part of the steel truss is connected with the steel column to suspend the lower three-story structure,showing the spatial architectural effect of“hanging”on the ground.The design concept and the analysis process of the project were introduced from five aspects:engineering overview,the performance-based seismic design,the analysis of key joint and steel structure construction scheme.In view of the overrun of the project,reasonable strengthening measures are taken,the performance of the structure is analyzed,and the key nodes are analyzed,the analysis results show that the structure can meet the established seismic performance target,the structure is safe and reasonable,and the force transmission of key nodes is reliable.Finally,considering the impact of on-site construction period,the“integrated”construction scheme is adopted for the upper steel structure,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
