某承重墙体拆除房屋危险性鉴定分析

摘　　要：以某承重墙体拆除房屋为例,通过现场检测,建立该房屋的三维计算模型,计算了在现状使用情况下该房屋的承载能力。计算结果表明:该房屋承重墙拆除部位承重构件承载力不满足标准要求,房屋危险性等级为C级,房屋局部处于危险状态,构成局部危房,应采取加固处理措施。A demolished building with load-bearing wall is taken as an example,and a three-dimensional calculation model of the house is established through on-site detection,and the load-bearing capacity of the house is calculated under the current situation.The calculation results show that the bearing capacity of the load-bearing components in the demolished part of the load-bearing wall of the house does not meet the standard requirements,the danger grade of the house is C,and the part of the house is in a dangerous state,which constitutes a local dangerous house and should be strengthened.
