摘  要:为提高结构分析前处理过程中的建模效率,开发了MIDAS NFX与ANSYS软件之间数据交换的接口——NMTA(NFX Mesh To ANSYS),实现了两种软件之间节点信息、单元信息、材料信息和截面信息的传递。同时,为验证NMTA程序的正确性和实用性,采用二次四边形单元和二次三角形单元建立钢锚梁结构的有限元模型,采用二次六面体单元建立弹簧结构的有限元模型,对这两个模型进行静力计算。结果显示:同一结构在两种软件中的变形和应力基本一致,最大误差在3%以内,表明开发的NMTA程序能够准确、高效地实现MIDAS NFX与ANSYS软件之间的数据交换,提高了有限元分析过程中前处理的建模效率,增加了结构分析的工具和手段。In order to improve the modeling efficiency in the pre-processing of structural analysis,an interface for data exchange between MIDAS NFX and ANSYS software is developed.NMTA(NFX Mesh To ANSYS),realizes the transmission of node information,element information,material information and section information between the two kinds of software.At the same time,in order to verify the correctness and practicability of NMTA program,the finite element model of steel anchor beam structure is established by quadratic quadrangle element and quadratic triangular element,and the finite element model of spring structure is established by quadratic hexahedral element,and the static calculation of the two models is carried out.The results show that the displacement and stress of the same structure in the two kinds of software are basically the same,and the maximum error is less than 3%.It shows that the developed NMTA program can accurately and efficiently realize the data exchange between MIDAS NFX and ANSYS software,improve the modeling efficiency of pre-processing in the process of finite element analysis,and increase the tools and means of structural analysis.
