摘  要:针对水下垂直电磁发射装置中电机动子的可重复、高可靠性零位锁紧需求,设计了一款弹簧卡扣式动子锁紧装置,该装置由多组锁扣和锁环组成,依靠锁扣弯曲变形实现解锁、入锁功能。首先,进行了动子锁的二维理论与仿真设计,得到了动子锁的初步结构;然后,开展三维设计和有限元动态仿真分析,得到了解锁力和入锁力,以及解锁和入锁时各零部件的应力和接触应力,并据此选择了零部件的材料;最后,研制了动子锁试验装置,开展了试验验证,试验与仿真结果吻合良好。A mechanical mover-locking device was proposed for the repeatable and highly-reliable zero-locking requirement of the motor mover in the underwater vertical electromagnetic launching system,which was composed of several pairs of spring leaf and locking ring,where the functions of unlocking and locking were realized by bending spring leaves.Firstly,through a two-dimensional theoretical deduction and simulation,a preliminary structure of the mover-lock was presented.Then a three-dimensional finite element dynamic model was established,whereby the locking and unlocking force,the stress and contact pressure of each part were obtained,based on which the materials of all the parts were determined.Finally,a prototype for mover-lock was developed,and experiments were carried out to verify the above analysis.Experimental results agreed well with the simulation ones.
