摘　　要：本研究以PCT申请的实际案例为基础,通过对PCT申请的现有检索结果、申请人的意见答复争议点、权利要求实际保护范围的分析,制定合适的检索策略和审查策略。Based on the actual cases of PCT applications,this paper formulates appropriate search strategies and examination strategies through the analysis of the existing search results of PCT applications,the analysis of the disputed points of the applicant′s comments and responses,and the analysis of the actual protection scope of the claims.
