信息化项目管理存在的问题及对策研究——以南京市规划和自然资源局为例

摘　　要：随着信息化的飞速发展,信息化项目不断增多,信息化项目的管理显得尤为重要。而现有的信息化项目管理存在项目无统一规划、过程管理不到位、项目材料管理不规范等一系列问题。文章以南京市规划和自然资源局为例,从信息化项目管理制度建设、信息化项目管理软件系统建设、信息化项目管理人员培养等方面给出了相应的解决策略。With the rapid development of information technology, information projects are increasing, and the management of information projects is particularly important. However, there are a series of problems in the existing information project management, such as the lack of unified project planning, inadequate process management, and non-standard project material management. Taking Nanjing Planning and Natural Resources Bureau as an example, this paper gives the corresponding solutions from the aspects of information project management system construction, information project management software system construction, information project management personnel training and so on.
