摘　　要：目的:观察骨伤手法、口服中药联合温针灸在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果及对患者睡眠质量、生命质量的影响。方法:选取2021年3月至2022年3月湖里景元中医门诊部骨科收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规方式进行治疗,患者口服甲钴胺片、双氯芬酸钠缓释片进行治疗;观察组患者采取骨伤手法、活血通络加减汤联合温针灸进行治疗,采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用健康调查简表(The MOS Item Short From Health Survey,SF-36)比较2组患者的生命质量改善情况,同时比较2组患者治疗有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组的临床有效率高于对照组,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,SF-36评分显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将中医骨伤手法、口服活血通络加减汤、温针灸3种治疗方式联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症,临床疗效显著,有利于改善患者睡眠质量,提高患者生命质量,值得临床治疗中进一步推广与普及。Objective:To observe the effect of bone injury manipulation,oral Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and its effect on sleep quality and life quality of patients.Methods:A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in the Department of Orthopedics of Huli Jingyuan TCM outpatient Department from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional treatment,and patients were orally treated with mecobalamin tablets and diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets;Observation group was treated with bone injury manipulation,Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality in 2 groups before and after intervention.The improvement of quality of life was compared between the two groups using the MOS Item Short From Health Survey(SF-36),and the treatment response rate was compared between 2 groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that the control group,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the SF-36 score was significantly higher than that of the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of TCM bone injury technique,oral Huoxue Tongluo decoction and warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has significant clinical efficacy,is beneficial to improve the sleep quality of patients,improve the quality of life,and worthy of further promotion and popularization in clinical treatment.
