摘 要:采用恒流放电和交流阻抗技术,研究碱性锌锰(碱锰)电池大电流连续放电过程中正负极电化学行为的变化。碱锰电池的大电流连续放电过程存在明确的4个放电区间,工作电压存在两个放电平台。第一个放电平台所持续的时间是第二个放电平台的2~3倍,平台电压以高压为主。电池的实际放电容量仅为理论容量的约1/3,尚有近2/3的剩余容量。正极区的欧姆内阻大约是负极的3倍。降低电池欧姆内阻尤其是正极区内阻、提高正极电化学活性以及防止负极“钝化”,是提高大电流连续放电性能的重要方法。The electrochemical behavior of cathode and anode during high current continuous discharge process of alkaline zinc manganese dioxide(alkaline manganese)battery was studied by using galvanostatic discharge and AC impedance techniques.The alkaline manganese battery had four distinct discharge plateaus during the high current continuous discharge process.There were two discharge platforms in the working voltage.The discharge time of the first discharge platform was 2-3 times of the second discharge platform.The platform voltage was dominated by high voltage.The actual discharge capacity of the battery was only about one-third of the theoretical capacity,the remained capacity was still nearly two-thirds.The Ohmic internal resistance of the cathode region was about 3 times of the anode region.There were several important methods to improve the performance of high current continuous discharge,such as reducing the Ohmic internal resistance of the battery,especially the internal resistance of the cathode region,improving the electrochemical activity of the cathode and preventing the"passivation"of the anode.
