摘  要:高原高寒地区微电网的稳定运行需要耐寒电池的支持。以MLNi_(3.9)Co_(0.6)Mn_(0.3)Al_(0.3)(ML为富镧混合稀土,La、Ce、Pr和Nd的质量分数分别为65.25%、25.20%、8.43%和1.12%)贮氢合金、球形氢氧化亚镍为活性材料,泡沫镍为集流体、ZnO为添加剂,制备200 Ah方形镍氢电池。该电池电化学性能较好:容量偏差在3 Ah以内;荷电状态(SOC)为30%时,开路电压偏差低于10 mV、直流内阻低于0.6 mΩ。将该电池组成24 V/200 Ah模块,再串联成192 V/200 Ah电池组,与自主控制充放电回路的高压箱集成储能系统。该系统具有循环寿命长、适用温域宽、安全性高以及便于维护等优点,已应用于高原高寒地区微电网交流电(AC)220 V供电系统。The stable operation of microgrid in the frigid plateau region needed the support of cold-resistant battery.200 Ah square Ni/MH battery was prepared with MLNi_(3.9)Co_(0.6)Mn_(0.3)Al_(0.3)(ML was lanthanum rich mixed rare earth,the mass fraction of La,Ce,Pr and Nd was 65.25%,25.20%,8.43%and 1.12%,respectively)hydrogen storage alloy and spherical Ni(OH)_(2) as active material,nickel foam as current collector and ZnO as additive agent.The battery showed good electrochemical performance:the capacity deviation was less than 3 Ah,the open circuit voltage deviation was less than 10 mV and the direct-current internal resistance was less than 0.6 mΩat 30%state of charge(SOC).The battery was composed to a 24 V/200 Ah module,then connected in series to a 192 V/200 Ah battery pack,which was integrated to energy-storage system with the high-voltage box of the self-controlled charge and discharge circuit.The system showed the advantages of long cycle life,wide operating temperature range,high safety and easy maintenance,had been applied to the frigid plateau region of microgrid alternating current(AC)220 V power supply system.
