摘  要:为实现阀控式铅酸(VRLA)电池自动化丝网印刷(丝印),设计含有丝印装置和电池翻转装置的全自动生产线。与手工丝印工艺相比,每只电池的丝印速度提高1.00~1.75倍,成本降低16.70~19.70万元/a。所生产的电池丝印外观整齐划一,提升了电池外观品质。In order to realize automatic screen printing of valve-regulated lead-acid(VRLA)battery,a fully automatic production line with screen printing device and battery turnover device was designed.Compared with the manual screen printing process,the screen printing speed of each battery was increased by 1.00-1.75 times and the cost was reduced by 167000-197000 yuan/a.The screen printing appearance of produced battery was neat and uniform,the appearance quality of the battery was improved.
