摘  要:亭子口水利枢纽是嘉陵江干流唯一的控制性工程,汛期由于运行水位受限,存在电站机组出力受阻、弃水较多等问题,其综合效益尚未得到充分发挥。基于预报预泄的原则,结合水文预报水平和洪水传播时间等因素,提出了亭子口水库主汛期运行水位动态控制策略,明确了动态控制的运用方式和实施条件,并对亭子口水库汛期运行水位动态控制后的风险和效益进行了分析。结果表明:亭子口水库汛期运行水位上浮至448.00~452.00 m时,不仅可以通过预报预泄确保库区及下游的防洪安全,主汛期还可增发电量0.64亿~1.37亿kW·h,汛末蓄满率可提高6%左右。研究成果可有效提升亭子口水库洪水资源化利用水平。Tingzikou Hydro-complex is the only controlling project in the main stream of the Jialing River.Due to the limited operation water level in flood season,there are problems such as limited output of the generators and excessive water abandonment,so its comprehensive benefits have not been fully exploited.Based on the principle of forecasting and pre-discharge,combined with the hydrological forecasting level and flood propagation time,this paper proposed a strategy for dynamic control of the water level in the main flood season of Tingzikou Reservoir,and clarified the operation mode and enabling conditions of dynamic control.The risks and benefits of dynamic control of water level in flood season of Tingzikou Reservoir were also analyzed.The results show that when the water level raises to 448.00-452.00 m in flood season,it can not only ensure the flood control safety of the reservoir area and downstream according to the forecasting and pre-discharge,but also increase the power generation in the main flood season by 64 million-137 million kW·h,and while the probability of the reservoir being full at the end of the flood season can increased by about 6%,which can effectively improve the utilization level of flood resources of Tingzikou Reservoir.
