摘 要:白鹤滩水电站大坝混凝土施工组织复杂,为了得到设计合理的混凝土生产系统布置方案,首先利用缆机事件驱动仿真时钟的方法来建立高拱坝施工仿真基本模型,然后根据双层供料规则进一步创建高拱坝双层供料施工仿真模型,对不同混凝土生产系统布置方案下的白鹤滩大坝施工进度及强度进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:相比于高、低线分别布置3座和1座4×4.5 m 3拌和楼的“3+1”方案,高、低线均布置2座4×4.5 m 3拌和楼的“2+2”方案在总工期和关键节点工期进度方面均有一定超前,工期保证率更高,宜作为推荐方案;建议低线混凝土生产系统应尽量利用至2020年8月之后再拆除,以保证高温季节的混凝土施工进度与施工质量。工程实践表明:低线混凝土生产系统实际利用至2020年10月初才开始拆除,高、低线混凝土生产系统为白鹤滩大坝全部坝段于2021年5月31日提前浇筑到顶和按期蓄水发电提供了坚实的混凝土供应保障。The concrete construction organization of Baihetan Hydropower Station is complex.In order to obtain a reasonable layout scheme of concrete production system,the basic model of high arch dam construction simulation was established by using the method of cable machine event-driven simulation clock,and then the double-layer feeding construction simulation model of high arch dam was further established according to the double-layer feeding rules.With the established simulation model,the construction progress and strength of Baihetan Dam under different concrete production system layout schemes were simulated and analyzed.The simulation results showed that compared with the′3+1′scheme of laying three and one 4×4.5 m 3 mixing building on the high and low lines,the′2+2′scheme of laying two 4×4.5 m 3 mixing buildings on the high and low lines had a certain advance in the total construction period and the schedule of key construction nodes,and the construction period guarantee rate was higher,which was suitable as a recommended scheme.Moreover,it was suggested that the low-line concrete production system should be dismantled after August 2020 to ensure the progress and quality of concrete construction in the high temperature season.Practice showed that,the actual utilization of the low-line concrete production system was not dismantled until early October 2020.The high and low line concrete production systems provide a guarantee for all the dam sections of the Baihetan Dam to be poured to the top in advance and stored on schedule on May 31,2021.
