摘  要:耐旱性是指植株耐受低水势并维持一定水平生理活动和生长发育的能力,是水稻抗旱的重要作用机制之一。要准确鉴定水稻的耐旱性,必须最大限度地减少避旱性等其他抗旱机制的影响。笔者简要概述了水稻耐旱性的基本含义、耐旱性研究方法、耐旱性评价指标以及耐旱性的遗传学和功能基因组学的研究进展,并对如何进一步加强水稻耐旱性的研究进行了讨论。Drought tolerance refers to the ability of plants to sustain a certain level of physiological activities,and growth and development under low water potential,which is one of the important mechanisms underlying rice drought resistance.Drought tolerance can be accurately measured when effects of other drought resistant mechanisms such as drought avoidance are minimized.In this review,the meaning of drought tolerance,the research methods and evaluation indicators,and the research progresses in the genetics and functional genomics of drought tolerance were summarized.The ideas about further strengthening of drought tolerance researches in rice were discussed.
