摘 要:根据基因表达谱芯片结果,在陆稻品种‘IRAT109’中筛选到抗旱相关基因OsDR1,利用5’-RACE和3’-RACE方法,克隆OsDR1基因的全长cDNA序列,明确基因的转录起始和终止位点。结果显示:OsDR1基因编码的蛋白是卤酸脱卤素酶,具体分子功能未知。qPCR定量表达分析结果表明,OsDR1基因受低温、盐、PEG模拟干旱等多种逆境诱导表达;在叶片中表达受光照诱导和调节,并且在24 h光周期内呈节律性变化。Based on the microarray results of gene expression,OsDR1,a drought resistance related gene,was cloned from the upland rice variety‘IRAT109’,and the full-length cDNA sequence of OsDR1 gene was confirmed and cloned by 5’-race and 3’-race method.And the transcription starting and ending sites of this gene were identified.The results showed that OsDR1 gene encoded a Haloacid Dehalogenase protein,and the specific molecular function was unknown.Quantitative PCR expression analysis showed that OsDR1 expression was up regulated by water stress,stress-related phytohormone.The expression in leaves was induced and regulated by light,and showed a rhythmic change in 24 h light cycle.
