摘  要:节水抗旱稻加值育种是指在节水抗旱的遗传背景下,利用分子标记辅助技术,增添其他有价值绿色性状的方法。随着基因组测序技术和标记检测方法的发展,利用分子标记前景和全基因组背景选择育种,能准确导入目标基因,最大限度减少遗传累赘,显著提高育种效率,从而实现对目标性状的快速定向改良。通过介绍利用分子标记前景和背景选择技术进行节水抗旱稻加值育种的研究进展,总结加值育种过程中的经验,并对今后需要关注的关键性状和方向进行展望。Under the genetic background of water saving and drought resistance,the breeding method that uses molecular marker-assisted selection to add other valuable green traits is named as value-added breeding.With the development of genome sequencing technology and marker detection methods,the use of molecular marker foreground and genome-wide background selection breeding can accurately introduce target genes,minimize reducing linkage drag,and significantly improve breeding efficiency,thereby achieving rapid targeted improvement of target traits.This paper introduces the research progress of value-added breeding of water-saving and drought-resistance rice using molecular marker prospect and background selection techniques,summarizes the experience in the process of value-added breeding,summarizes the experience in the process of value-added breeding,and prospects the key traits and directions that need attention in the future.
