摘  要:为进一步扩大节水抗旱稻遗传基础,利用显性核不育轮回育种方法开展节水抗旱稻种质创新。以“三明显性核不育”材料为载体,优良水稻品种、节水抗旱稻品种和亲本材料为受体,创制节水抗旱稻轮回选择群体。通过亲本选择、不育株选择、筛选压力选择和可育株选择,创制了一批具有节水抗旱、抗病虫、高产优质等绿色性状的优异种质资源,为节水抗旱稻突破性新品种选育提供新种质。In order to further expand the genetic basis of water-saving and drought-resistance rice(WDR),this research carried out germplasm enhancement of WDR based on the recurrent selection by using the dominant nucleus male sterility.Multiple recurrent selection populations of WDR were created with Sanming dominant genic male sterile line as donor,and excellent rice varieties and WDRs as receptors.Under the artificial selection such as parent selection,sterile plant selection,screening pressure selection and fertile plant selection,a lot of excellent germplasm accessions with green traits such as water-saving and drought resistance,disease and insect resistance,high yield and high quality have been developed,which can provide new germplasms for the breeding of WDR,and improve the breeding efficiency.
