摘 要:为探索利用深根比作为鉴定指标评价水稻避旱性的标准方法,规范“篮子法”进行深根比鉴定的操作流程,引入两个不同深根比参比品种(CK1和CK2),根据同样生长条件下测试材料与参比材料深根比的比值(高值组H>3∕4CK2、低值组L<3∕4CK1、中值组3∕4CK1<M<3∕4CK2),将测试材料的避旱性分成3类,从而建立准确、可重复和普适的避旱性强弱评判标准。结果表明:数根最佳时间为移栽后40 d左右;土壤质地粒径和pH对深根比影响显著,土壤粒径越大,深根比越小;酸性黏土,深根比最大;碱性砂土,深根比最小。This study tries to establish the standard of evaluating the drought avoidance of rice using the deep root ratio(RDR)as the main index,and to standardize the operation process of the“basket method”for the identification of the RDR.Based on the ratio of the RDR of test material to reference material(high RDR group:H>3∕4CK2,low RDR group:L<3∕4CK1,median RDR group:3∕4CK1<M<3∕4CK2),the degree of rice’s drought avoidance could be divided into 3 classes,and finally set up an accurate,repeatable and universal method to evaluating drought avoidance of rice.Simultaneously,this results also showed that the optimal time for RDR evaluating was about 40 days after sowing,and the soil’s particle size and pH value had significant effects on the RDR.The larger the size of soil particle,the smaller RDR;the higher pH of soil,the smaller RDR.
