摘  要:以15%聚乙二醇(PEG6000)模拟干旱条件,以不同浓度木醋液、褪黑素和硫酸亚铁等引发剂处理‘旱优73’种子,研究了干旱胁迫下不同引发剂处理对节水抗旱稻种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:与干旱胁迫对照(CK2)相比,木醋液、褪黑素和硫酸亚铁处理的‘旱优73’种子发芽率提高了0.9%—8.3%,幼苗活力指数Ⅰ提高了4.9%—33.1%,幼苗活力指数Ⅱ提高了3.8%—49.1%,芽干重提高了5.9%—50.6%,总干重提高了1.7%—37.1%;其中,4 mmol∕L硫酸亚铁和2%木醋液处理效果较好,‘旱优73’种子发芽率分别提高了8.3%和3.7%,幼苗活力指数Ⅰ提高了33.1%和24.8%,幼苗活力指数Ⅱ提高了49.1%和37.7%,芽干重提高了50.6%和41.3%,总干重提高了37.1%和32.7%,与CK2差异显著。因此,采用4 mmol∕L硫酸亚铁或2%木醋液进行种子引发处理,能够显著提高‘旱优73’种子发芽率和幼苗活力,促进幼苗干物质积累。Using 15% polyethylene glycol(PEG6000) to simulate drought conditions,the seeds of ‘Hanyou 73’ were treated with different concentrations of wood vinegar,melatonin and FeSO_(4). The effects of different priming agent treatments on the germination and seedling growth of water-saving and drought-resistance rice under drought stress were studied. The results showed that compared with the drought stress control( CK2), the germination rate of ‘Hanyou 73’ treated with wood vinegar,melatonin and FeSO_(4) increased by 0. 9% -8. 3%,the seedling vigor index Ⅰ increased by 4. 9% -33. 1%, the seedling vigor index Ⅱ increased by 3. 8% -49. 1%,the shoot dry weight increased by 5. 9% -50. 6%, and the total dry weight increased by 1. 7% -37. 1%. Among them, the treatment effects of 4 mmol∕L FeSO_(4) and 2% wood vinegar were better. The germination rate of ‘Hanyou 73’ seeds increased by 8. 3% and 3. 7% respectively,the seedling vitality index Ⅰ increased by 33. 1% and 24. 8%,the seedling vitality index Ⅱ increased by 49. 1% and 37. 7%,the shoot dry weight increased by 50. 6% and 41. 3%,and the total dry weight increased by 37. 1% and 32. 7%,which were significantly different from CK2. Therefore,the seed priming treatment with 4 mmol∕L FeSO_(4) or 2% wood vinegar could significantly improve the seed germination rate and seedling vitality of ‘ Hanyou 73’ and promote the accumulation of dry matter in seedlings.
