摘 要:为探索大别山区省沽油高效育苗技术,以成熟省沽油种子为试验材料,对不同播期和脱蜡浓度进行研究,通过调查种子发芽时间、发芽率、根长、苗高等性状,使用DPS分析不同处理省沽油种子的育苗效果,确定适合省沽油育苗的最优组合。结果表明:省沽油种子脱蜡处理可以有效促进省沽油种子的萌发,处理2(11月10日播种,采用0.5%NaOH脱蜡处理)的出芽时间最短,播种后96 d出芽,且发芽率最高,发芽率为75%,根长1.1 cm,极显著高于其他处理,苗高最高为7.77 cm,后期幼苗生长健壮,育苗效果最优。相同脱蜡处理浓度下,12月10日播种的省沽油种子性状指标较11月10日播种的种子低。次年1月10日播种的处理未出芽。综上,不同播期和脱蜡浓度处理在省沽油种子发芽时间、发芽率、根长、苗高等方面存在差异。早播且脱蜡浓度较高及晚播未进行脱蜡处理均不利于省沽油种子根的生长。In order to explore the high-efficiency seedling raising technology in Dabie Mountains, the mature seeds of Staphylea bumalda DC. were used as test materials, and their different sowing dates and dewaxing concentrations were studied.Through the investigation of seed germination time, germination rate, root length, and seedling height, DPS was used to analyze the effect of different treatments on the seedlings of Staphylea bumalda DC..The best combination for seedlings was determined of Staphylea bumalda DC..The results showed that the dewaxing treatment was effectively promoted germination of Staphylea bumalda DC..The first batch of treatment 2 sown on November 10 was dewaxed with 0.5% NaOH with the shortest germination time, germination at 96 days after sowing,In all treatments, the highest germination rate reached 75%, the root length was 1.1 cm, which was significantly higher than other treatments, and the highest seedling height index was 7.77 cm.Under the same dewaxing treatment concentration, the characters of Staphylea bumalda DC. sown on December 10 were lower than those of the first batch.Treatments sown on January 10 did not germination.In conclusion,there are differences in the germination time, germination rate, root length and seedling height in different sowing dates and dewaxing concentration treatments of Staphylea bumalda DC.The results suggest that, early sowing with high dewaxing concentration and late sowing without dewaxing treatment are not conducive to seed root growth.
