摘 要:混凝土试块或混凝土块体在工程后期常需作为废料处理,如何提升废料的再利用效率,减少建筑垃圾,已成为工程界关注的一个重点问题。针对废弃混凝土块破碎过程中的难点问题,进行技术创新,研发了成套的废弃混凝土块破碎装置,该装置包括:混凝土块预切割结构、切割块环保破碎结构、排料挡板控位结构、混凝土块排放浸湿结构等。分析表明,研究结构不但可以降低块体破碎难度,而且可以保护施工环境;从施工工艺看,研究结构现场实用性强、施工质量优越。Concrete test blocks or concrete blocks often need to be treated as waste in the later stage of the project.How to improve the recycling efficiency of waste and reduce construction waste has become a key issue concerned by the engineering field.In this paper,the technical innovation is carried out to solve the difficult problems in the crushing process of abandoned concrete block.We have developed a complete set of waste concrete block crushing device.The device includes:concrete block pre-cutting structure,cutting block environmental protection breaking structure,discharging baffle control structure,concrete block discharge wet structure,etc.The analysis shows that the research structure can not only reduce the difficulty of block breaking,but also protect the construction environment.From the point of view of construction technology,the research structure site practicability is strong,construction quality is superior.
