摘　　要：摘录《诸病源候论·风病诸候》中所记载与脑卒中相关导引法,并结合脑卒中的病因病机,进行梳理分析,发现其具有以下特点:(1)强调对动作姿势的最大拉伸性;(2)强调与呼吸的配合;(3)强调动作操作的左右均衡性;(4)强调意念操作的重要性。将出现频率最高的动作进行整合,挖掘其共性特点,以改善脑卒中恢复期患者运动功能为出发点,兼顾局部与全身症状,结合自身练功体会,编篡出一套适合卒中恢复期患者习练的导引法五式:(1)起势;(2)推掌俯按;(3)抱膝伸腿;(4)上举转腰;(5)收势。The Daoyin Methods related to stroke recorded in the Wind Disease of Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun were summarized and analyzed in combination with the etiology and pathogenesis of stroke.It was found that it has the following characteristics:(1)Emphasizes maximum stretch for movement poses;(2)Emphasize coordination with breathing;(3)Emphasizes the balance between left and right of action operation;(4)Emphasize the importance of mind manipulation.Integrated the most frequently occurring actions,explored its common characteristics.Integrated the actions with the highest frequency,excavated their common characteristics,took improving the motor function of stroke patients in the recovery period as the starting point,took into account local and systemic symptoms,and combine their own practice experience to compile a set of five guiding methods suitable for stroke patients in the recovery period:(1)Starting Posture;(2)Push Palm and Push Down;(3)Tuck Knee and Stretch Legs;(4)Lift Up and Turn Waist;(5)Closing Form.
