柳宝诒养阴法治疗妇产科疾病特色探析

摘　　要：柳宝诒虽为温病医家,但其博通诸科,不仅专于伏气温病,对妇产科疾病的辨治亦独具特色。其认为痛经以气滞瘀热为因,畅气顾阴为治;阴枯血瘀为闭经的主要病机,以“增水行舟”补阴血为治;崩漏日久阴虚风扰为关键病理,滋阴息风为治;产后病重视伏邪因素,以滋阴托邪为治;带下病于养阴健脾中行束带之法。用药上善灵活运用膏滋,辨证制膏以填补阴液。LIU Baoyi is a febrile disease physician,but he is well versed in various disciplines,not only specializing in epidermic febrile diseases,but also unique in the treatment of obstetric and gynecological diseases.He believes that dysmenorrhoea is caused by Qi stagnation and heat stasis,so he treats it by clearing Qi and regulating Yin;Yin withering and blood stasis is the main pathogenesis of amenorrhea,so he treats it by nourishing Yin and blood and nourishing Yin and calming wind.Puerperal diseases are treated by nourishing Yin and restoring evil;leukorrhea disease is treated by nourishing Yin and strengthening the spleen.In terms of medicine,he is good at using ointment flexibly and making ointment to fill the Yin fluid.
