摘　　要：总结于天源教授针灸推拿临床治疗取穴、用穴经验。于教授临证时谨守定位有解剖、经络有连属、病位有浅深、感应有轻重的“用穴四法”,分别从位置、范围、层次、力量4个方面,结合症、证、病、人、机的不同,创新穴位针刺和推拿的使用方法与应用范围。The paper summarized Professor YU Tianyuan's experience in acupuncture and tuina clinical practice.He follows the four parties clinical application of acupuncture points,which includes four aspects such as location,area,layer,and stimulation.He also innovates the use and scope of application of acupuncture and tuina by combining symptom,syndrome,disease,person and theory of mechanism.
