摘　　要：为实现健康老龄化,更好地满足老年患者的就医需求,建设老年友善医疗机构势在必行。本研究以三级公立医院为对象,总结老年友善医疗机构的发展历程和建设内容,分析当前存在的问题,提出未来发展的建议,包括灵活划分优先人群的标准、完善智能设备的适老设计、加大基础设施的改造力度、提升医疗服务的质量安全、加强人文服务的细节关怀等。In order to realize healthy aging and better meet the medical needs of the elderly patients, it is imperative to build age-friendly medical institutions.By taking grade-three public hospitals as the objects, this study summarizes the development course and the construction contents of the age-friendly medical institutions, analyzes the current existing problems, and puts forward the suggestions for the future development, including flexible classification standards for the priority groups, improving the design of smart equipment for the elderly, strengthening the reconstruction of infrastructure, improving the quality and safety of medical services, and strengthening the detailed care of humanistic services, etc.
