摘　　要：目的通过分析我院肿瘤多学科诊疗模式的开展情况,了解国内多学科诊疗(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)质量管理的现状,为下一步工作提供借鉴。方法回顾性分析2018—2021年我院肿瘤多学科诊疗模式的运行情况、会议目的、会议决策及执行情况。结果2018—2021年肿瘤MDT开展例数逐年上升,申请MDT科室以外科系统为主,参与专家90.0%以上为副高级以上职称人员。资料完整、纳入MDT质量评估研究的患者共计211例。会诊目的以单纯治疗为主(118例,55.9%),涉及回顾的目的39例(18.5%)。需要两种或以上治疗模式的决策有170例(80.6%)。完全执行决策134例(63.5%)。结论国内MDT模式已经起步,但是其模式仍处于探索阶段,MDT的质量提升仍是需要思考的问题。Objective:By analyzing the development of the mode of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment for cancer in our hospital, the status quo of quality management of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment in China was understood, which provides the reference for the future work.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the operation, purpose, decision-making and implementation of the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment model for cancer in our hospital from 2018 to 2021.Result:From 2018 to 2021,the number of MDT cases has been increasing year by year.The majority of MDT application departments were surgical systems, and more than 90.0% of the participating experts were associate senior or above.A total of 211 patients were included in the MDT quality assessment study.The purpose of the consultation was mainly treatment alone(118 cases, 55.9%),and 39 cases(18.5%) involved retrospective purpose.There were 170 cases(80.6%) requiring two or more treatment modes.134 cases(63.5%) fully implemented the decision.Conclusion:Domestic MDT model has started, but the model is still in the stage of exploration.The quality improvement of MDT is still a problem to be considered.
