“逸仙模式”岗前培训对住院总医师培养的实践与探索

摘  要:住院总医师培训是专科医师规范化培训过程中的重要组成部分,目前其培训的实施及过程中存在困难与不足。中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院推出了“逸仙模式”岗前培训,以助力住院总医师的综合能力培养。让临床医生进入行政科室轮岗,进行医疗-行政联动教学及实践,是该模式的核心特色。通过该培训模式的实践及应用评价发现:“逸仙模式”能增进临床医师对法律法规、核心制度、医疗流程的认识,提高医师团队急救能力、医患沟通能力及规避医疗风险的意识,从而促进医疗质量管理,营造更为和谐的医患关系。The training of chief resident physicians is an important part of the standardized training of specialized physicians.At present, there are difficulties and deficiencies in the implementation and process of training.Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University launched the pre-job training of “Yixian Mode” to help cultivate the comprehensive ability of chief resident physicians.The core feature of this mode is to let clinicians take turns in administrative departments to carry out the teaching and practice of medical-administrative linkage.Through the training mode of practice and application of evaluation, it is found that “Yixian mode” can enhance clinicians’ understanding of laws and regulations, core systems and medical procedures, and improve the first-aid ability of the physician team, doctor-patient communication ability and awareness of avoiding medical risks, thus promoting medical quality management and creating a more harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
