摘  要:目的通过研发智慧转运平台,重塑患者检查转运流程,提升转运服务效能,提升患者就医体验。方法通过调研、摸排等方式找出转运服务的堵点与痛点,提升服务理念与效能,加强顶层设计,通过研发打造智慧转运系统平台,优化服务流程,多部门联动重塑转运流程。结果通过系统重塑,使得服务流程进一步优化提升,转运更精准、高效、安全和科学,提升患者就医获得感与满意度。结论为医院高质量服务发展提供借鉴与参考。Objective:Through the research and development of intelligent transport platform;the patient examination and transport process is reshaped;transport service efficiency is improved;and patient medical experience is improved.Method:Through research, mapping and other ways were used to find out the blocking points and pain points of transport services, so as to improve the service concept and efficiency, strengthen the top-level design, create intelligent transport system platform through research and development, optimize the service process, and reshape the transport process through multi-department linkage.Result:Through system remodeling, the service process will be further optimized and improved;the transfer will be more accurate, efficient, safe and scientific;and the sense of obtaining medical treatment and satisfaction of patients will be improved.Conclusion:It provides reference for the development of high-quality service in hospitals.
