摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,居民对于医疗服务提出了更高的要求,医院逐渐从“以治病为中心”发展为“以人民健康为中心”,诊疗过程中更多的体现人文关怀。无陪护管理模式是护理工作中人文关怀的体现,但在执行过程中仍存在着“叫好不卖座”的问题,因此对于开展无陪护医院进行必要性和可行性分析,并根据其特点及当前存在的问题,提出促进其发展的对策,对我国卫生事业发展具有重要意义。With the development of society and economy, residents have put forward higher requirements for medical services.Hospitals gradually develop from “treating diseases as the center” to “people’s health as the center”,and humanistic care is more reflected in the process of diagnosis and treatment.The unaccompanied management model is the embodiment of humanistic care in nursing work, but in the implementation process, there is still the problem of “being popular, but unsmooth in practice”.Therefore, it is of great significance for the development of China’s health cause to carry out the necessity and feasibility analysis of unaccompanied hospital, and put forward countermeasures to promote its development according to its characteristics and the existing problems.
